Who We Are
Chelsea
Chelsea has been in the world of natural health for over 2 decades. From competing in bodybuilding for 12 years, owning multiple personal training studios, as well as a meditation studio, as well as being a nutritional consultant to studying under a shaman for 2.5 years to learn how to help others heal trauma with energy healing.
Like most of us, Chelsea likes to feel and look her best, but prefers to use tools that are natural to get there. The products and devices used for the facials at Renova Sueño do not use any toxic or damaging chemicals, less is more.
Energy healing is something Chelsea discovered later in life and now realizes just how powerful it can be to help someone live their live more fully and more positively. Combining the physical (facial) with the non-physical (energy healing) is something Chelsea has wanted to offer for a while, and now here we are!
Chad
Chad has had nearly 15 years of experience in the health care field working as a Registered Nurse on a trauma/orthopaedics surgical unit for 12 years. In this time he also opened and operated a private wellness clinic as a Personal Trainer and Fascial Stretch Therapist specializing in physical trauma rehabilitation.
Having worked in the invasive western medicine system, Chad learned the importance of a more intuitive and natural approach to healing not only the body, but the emotional traumas trapped within. Slowing down the process to listen to the tissues that need attention while gently guiding clients to the outcomes they desire.
Fascial Stretch Therapy digs deep into the tissues without aggressive and painful techniques allowing the nervous system to relax and down regulate.
Our Holistic Services
We believe that healing, whether it be healing your skin, fascia, muscles or unresolved trauma, can be done in a gentle manner for the most part. There is no need to use methods that shock the body or leave marks on you.
Facial $60
Using a combination of facial massage, natural products for whatever your faces needs may be, as well as devices, we help rejuvenate your skin.
Depending on your needs and skin type one or more of the following devices may be used during your appointment; red light therapy mask, microdermabrasion and/or high frequency wand. All facial appointments include overall energy clearing work, unless requested not to be included.
Energy Healing $60
As a trained shaman Chelsea has seen not only personally but also with her clients how integral the energy work is in healing trauma. It's ability to make you feel more grounded, present and in control of your emotions is exactly why she chooses to include this as a large focus of her holistic healing approach.
General energy clearing work is included in all facial appointments unless requested not be included. This is not sufficient to heal unresolved trauma or issues, for this 1 on 1 sessions are needed.
Fascia Stretch Therapy $45
Fascial stretching is a technique where the client is lying on a massage table having their body manipulated in a way that targets deep connective tissues called ‘Fascia’.
This technique is often compared to Thai Massage meeting Yoga, all in one without any effort on your part.
We ask that you come wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothing.

Epsom Salt Bath $5

Come relax in our outdoor bathtub with an amazing view. Epsom salt baths are healing for the body because the magnesium sulfate can be absorbed through the skin, easing muscle soreness and reducing inflammation. As well, the warmth of the bath helps increase circulation and relax tense muscles, providing a soothing effect and promoting overall relaxation.

We believe less is more, especially when it comes to products you apply on your skin or consume.
We offer organic bone broths by the cup or take home container, tallow skincare products, natural oil products, soaps and more.
